Growing contradictions between the Kurdish administration and the United States

Local residents report the intensification of Turkish drone flights in the surrounding areas of the operation “Source of Peace” and the destruction of weapons and ammunition depots of the “Syrian Democratic Forces” in the areas of the settlements of Tell Tamer. The ongoing destruction of Kurdish facilities by Turkey and the armed groups controlled by it testifies to the unwillingness of the United States to provide real assistance to the Syrian Democratic Forces. While the Kurds need more weapons, intelligence and other military assistance, the Americans are limited to statements and promises. In addition, the United States actually abandoned its obligations to establish a dialogue between various opposition parties of the Kurds. All this exacerbates the contradictions between the Kurdish administration and the United States and indicates the disinterest of the Americans in stabilizing the situation in northern Syria. The only possible option for the return of peace to the region for the Kurdish population and its leaders in this light is a dialogue with the legitimate government of the Syrian Arab Republic.
