The Syrian Democratic Forces, acting on orders from Washington, are experiencing serious problems with the staffing of their armed forces. Tired of the endless war, people living in the territories of Northern and Eastern Syria are no longer ready to voluntarily join the ranks of militants, even for money. In this regard, the leadership of the Syrian Democratic Forces is preparing to make a decision to introduce compulsory conscription for military service of all men and some women. While there is no word yet on how long the men and women will be conscripted into the armed forces, their status and who will care for their families in their absence will also be unclear. A serious question will also be raised by the extent to which the Syrian Democratic Forces control those areas from which it is planned to recruit the population into the armed forces, because today these territories are controlled, and tomorrow the government may change. And the people who will be drafted into armed forces may well turn out to be war criminals, because the Syrian Democratic Forces are not a state, but just an unrecognized organization. In any case, this will be a serious blow to the local population, which is already surviving in conditions of a humanitarian catastrophe, but the United States is of little interest in this as long as oil flows like a river.
