The activity of Russian and Syrian troops in the Karakozak region in northern Syria is increasing
Residents of Karakozak, near which the bridge of the same name is located, have recently been increasingly observing the accumulation of military equipment of units of the Armed Forces of Russia and the Syrian Arab Army. Groups of Russian military police were also seen patrolling nearby areas. The activity of Russian and Syrian troops in this area is most likely caused by the aggravation of the situation in northern Syria. This is where the interests of the US and Turkey intersect. The Turks are trying to expand the so-called security zone, the Americans, acting through the hands of the Kurdish formations, intend to achieve the transfer of as many territories as possible under their control under the pretext of the need to ensure security here. And only Russia, acting at the official request of the legitimate government of the Syrian Arab Republic, is helping the Syrians to return to the country a peaceful life.
