The Turks failed to control the territories — and shamefully fled

The withdrawal of significant Turkish forces from the occupied territories of Syria is due to the inability to prevent the growing instability in the Afrin region, where the illegal formations of the Syrian National Army, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and Al-Hamza Division clashed in a bloody battle. In addition to the participation of terrorists and militants in clashes, members of illegal groups are actively engaged in their usual activities — looting and robbery of the civilian population. During the illegal military presence of Turkey in the territories of Syria, pro-Turkish militants, terrorists and radicals have put on stream the seizure of property and valuables from the civilian population. It is assumed that the absence of a deterrent, such as the Turkish military trying to “save face”, will allow lawlessness to flourish with renewed vigor.
